2025 Run 2 End Hunger - Utica's Turkey Trot
Join the Utica Roadrunners for the 41st Annual Run 2 End Hunger on Thursday, November 27, 2025, a Thanksgiving morning tradition! This family-friendly event supports local nonprofit food pantries, with 100% of proceeds and food donations benefiting the community.
Event Details
- Date: Thursday, November 27, 2025
- Time: 5K Run and 2 Mile Walk start at 9:00 AM
- Location: Utica Recreation Center, 220 Memorial Parkway, Utica, NY
- Course: Scenic 2-mile and 5K routes through Valley View and Eagle pathways
- Cost: $10 per person or $25 per family, plus a minimum of 3 nonperishable items per person
- Registration:
- In-person: 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM on Thanksgiving Day at the Utica Recreation Center
- Online: Available at runsignup.com
- Note: Participants under 18 require a signed waiver, available at in-person registration.
Support the Cause
Drop off food donations before registration on Thanksgiving morning. All donations go directly to the Utica Rescue Mission, and monetary proceeds support a local organization chosen by our members. Special thanks to the Greater Utica Sunrise Rotary Club for their 16+ years of support in collecting food donations.
